The Youth Development Administration (YDA) of the Ministry of Education holds the “2025 Changemaker and Youth Hub Achievements Exhibition” from November 29th to 30th at Warehouse No.2 and No.3 of the Taipei Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. This year as the theme of “青年居久屋” bringing together more than hundreds of youth action teams, and using the imagery of “wine-brewing” to symbolize the journey of youth in their local communities—from the first brew on the land to the deep brew of deeply cultivated for many years, each "Action Wine" is a story of local culture brewed by youth with time, patience, and creativity.
This year’s Achievements Exhibition showcases 41 groups of Youth Hub, 50 youth action teams, and 30 groups of Dream Idea. The exhibition area is presented in four themed blocks: “Wildland Trail”, “Flow Lane”, “Co-learning Road”, and “Rhythm Street”. The content covers field research, historical and cultural compilation, environment and ecology, art performances, new immigrants and cross-generational issues, leading the audience as if they have stepped into a unique local izakaya, and through stories, activities and interactions, they can see how youth and the local community are connected and grow together.
The two-day exhibition features 9 soothing and interesting interactive activities such as carving Paiwan tribal totem postcards and rush plaiting deer. There will also be 2 Youth Hub salons, where the Youth Hub representatives will share their real-life experiences of facing natural disasters and community resilience, as well as how to connect the ocean with the local cuisine. The exhibition also includes 2 lively songs and dance performances, inviting children and adults to sing and dance along. People can experience how youth are promoting local well-being through innovative actions in diverse ways in person. On site also features a point-collecting interactive task that can be redeemed for limited-edition youth team-themed gifts, also provides the interaction area and parent-child interaction area, inviting people of all ages to participate in.
The Youth Development Administration of the Ministry of Education stated that the “Youth Community Participation and Action 2.0 - Changemaker Project” encourages youth to engage and connect with local communities and respond to local needs through crossover collaboration and innovative action. The exhibition aims to showcase the growing power of youth in various areas and to encourage collaboration between youth and communities on creating sustainable development. The two-day exhibition features a variety of interactive activities, salon discussions, and performances, suitable for all types of people.

Local Action Sharing Salon: “俗女村創意文化有限公司” and “媳婦兒有限公司” shared their most authentic stories of encountering a typhoon and how youth teams supported each other in the face of disaster.

Local Action Sharing Salon: “社團法人大小港邊地方創生協會” and “澎湖縣農嶼海青年創生協會” shared unique seafood stories about the ocean and youth.

Spectacular performance: “媽媽樂” team used street dance to express the spirit and rhythm of life at Keelung Huilung Market.

Spectacular performance: “野牡丹qaculju” will present the southern Paiwan tribe Suite.

Activity experience: “Sepayuan∞more” youth team bring out the meaning of Paiwan tribal totems through a postcard printing experience.
