This project assists college students with career development, offers schools funding to hold career guidance courses or capacity building events appropriate to the culture of the school and needs of the students, smooths the transition into the workplace, develops the skills of career counselors and makes counselling more effective, establishes a working network of coordinating schools in local districts, and empowers female students to become potential leaders.
This project helps youth make an early start to exploring and planning their careers, and boosts their career-path competitiveness through learning-by-doing in workplace experience opportunities developed in coordination with the government, corporate, and third sectors.
3.Innovation and Entrepreneurship
This project develops students’ entrepreneurial skills as well as their capacity to innovate and start up a business through innovation competitions, capacity building events, and business start-up supportive measures for schools.
In partnership with local governments, this project provides counseling services, career exploration courses, work experience, and other measures to help youth who have not continued their studies or found work after junior high school to clarify their career path and progress into education or employment.
