The youth good governance alliance is a participatory platform for analysis, dialogue, and action. It is a dual mechanism that empowers youth and develops civil society by motivating young people to actively participate in public affairs and strengthening college student autonomy. The platform encourages youth engagement in community issues and develops talent in the field of public participation. Pooling resources from city and county governments, civil society organizations, and schools, and linking with local youth social innovation service groups, we jointly promote volunteering, hold competitions, and build momentum for the next youth social movement.
Our continuing youth public participation and volunteering/social engagement projects give young people the skills to engage in public issues and service work. Our aim is to increase youth volunteering, accumulate human and social capital, and establish healthy values based on the three pillars of participation in policy making, voluntary service, and social engagement. We encourage young people to volunteer in education, community work, sustainable development, and other areas. By volunteering, youth can expand their horizons, raise their profiles, and contribute to society.
